Log in with email
PASCO Portal offers two ways to log in using only your email account. If your district admin has already set up an instructor or admin account for you, you will only need to create a password via a link emailed to you. Alternatively, if your district admin has enabled self-registration for your district, you can create an account for yourself using an access code provided to you by the admin.
Log in to a new account
When an account associated with your email address is created by your district admin, you will receive an email with a link to complete the account creation process. Click the link, then enter a password for your account and click Set Password.
Once you have chosen a password and finished the account creation process, you can log back into the account at any time using the following steps:

On the Login page, select Log In with Email.

Enter your email address and the password you created, then select Log In.
Self-register to a school
If your district admin has provided you with an access code, you can use the code to self-register via the following steps:

On the Login page, select Register to an organization.

Select Create a new account.

Enter your first name, last name, and email address into the appropriate boxes, then select Next.

Enter the access code you have been provided with, then click Select School.
Note
If your entered access code is for a college, the Select School option will not appear. If your access code is for an independent school, or for a district with only one school, the school will be preselected and the Select School option will be disabled, as shown below. In either of these cases, skip Step 5.

Select the school or schools to register into, then select Done.

Select the I accept the Terms of Use option, then select Previous to return to the name entry screen or Register to proceed. The Register option will only be enabled if the access code is successfully validated.

An email with a verification link will automatically be sent to the entered email address. If the link is not received shortly, select Resend Verification Email.

Select the link in the email.

Enter a password, then reenter the same password to confirm it. Select Set Password to proceed.

Select Log In to return to the Login page.

Select Log In with Email.

Enter your email address and password, then select Log In.

Select the school to log into, then select Done. Note that this screen will not appear if only one school was selected or available when registering, or if you registered as a college instructor.
Once you have created an account, you will only need to complete Steps 11 through 13 to log in.
