Support and real time chat
The Support Center can be accessed from the dashboard by selecting the blue Support button. This section of PASCO Portal contains four sections, each of which provides resources for supporting educators in using the site's content.

Technical Support: Contains links for customers to contact PASCO technical support via phone, email, chat, or the PASCO website.

Software Help and Downloads: Provides download and app store links for all PASCO software on all supported platforms. Select the question mark icon in the top right of a program's section to open the help site for that program.

Product Search: Search for PASCO products and view details of those products, including documentation and specifications where applicable.

PASCO Portal Feedback: Allows users to provide feedback on Portal directly to PASCO.
In addition to the above resources, all Support Center pages include a Chat button in the lower right. This tool allows you to directly contact a PASCO representative for support during business hours. To access the chat, select the Chat icon in the lower right, then fill out the required personal information and select Next.
