Slide presentations
Essential Physics includes more than 6,000 total slides divided into presentations that correspond to the lesson plans and assignments. All slide presentations include editable PowerPoint files, which can be accessed from the wrap-around on each page of the digital Teacher's Edition. Each lesson and investigation has an associated slide presentation.
Each set of slides begins with one or more pre-assessment questions, and each set ends with those same pre-assessment questions with answers provided. The slides also contain many problems for students to work through, along with solutions that can be displayed afterwards. In total, the slides include more than 1,500 diagrams across a wide range of concepts.
In addition to the slides themselves, each lesson includes a set of slide notes, which feature a six-slide-per-page condensed version of the associated presentation for review and annotation.
