Restore factory calibration

Restore a sensor's original built-in calibration after it has been manually calibrated.

Note

The images below use a Wireless Temperature Sensor (PS-3201) for demonstration purposes. However, most sensors that can be calibrated with Chemvue will use the same procedure for restoring factory calibration. The only exceptions are sensors with one-click measurement calibrations, such as the Wireless CO2 Sensor (PS-3208) or the Wireless Air Quality Sensor (PS-3226); see the pages for calibrating these sensors for more information.

  1. Connect the sensor to Chemvue.
  2. From any page, select a Displayed Measurement button and select the name of the measurement you wish to restore to its factory calibration.
  3. Select the same Displayed Measurement button again and select Calibrate.
