Export data to a spreadsheet
Export data as a CSV (comma separated values) file to open with a spreadsheet app such as Excel or Google Sheets. Alternatively, copy data directly from a table and paste it into a spreadsheet or word processing app.
Export All Data
- In the main menu, go to File > Export Data.
- Select which data you want to export.
- Click Alignment Options, then select how to align the data.
- Click Export Format, then select Comma separated values.
- Click Export to file.
- Save the CSV file on your computer.
- Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet program.
Copy and Paste Data from a Table
This feature requires a Table display with data visible on the screen.
- Click and drag over the data you want to copy.
- Right-click, then select Copy Values.
- Open a spreadsheet or word processing app and paste the values.
