Install PASCO Capstone

Download and install the full version of PASCO Capstone.

PASCO Capstone is available for annual licensing from the Microsoft Store for Windows computers, or from the App Store for Mac computers. A direct download is also offered that includes a 30 day free trial, after which a license key must be purchased. The links to both store versions and the direct download, as well as the option to purchase licenses, can be found on the downloads page.

Microsoft Store or App Store

1. On the downloads page, select either Download from the Microsoft Store or Download on the App Store, as appropriate for your computer's operating system.

   

2. Run the downloaded installer and follow the instructions to install the program.

3. Open Capstone, then select Purchase. A Microsoft Store or App Store page will automatically open.

   

4. Follow the appropriate steps on the store page to purchase a personal subscription to Capstone.

Direct download with license key

1. Download the free trial of PASCO Capstone from the Downloads panel of the Capstone software page.
2. Purchase a license key from the Purchase panel of the software page.

3. Open Capstone, then go to the menu bar:

   • Windows: Select Help > About PASCO Capstone.

     

   • Mac: Select PASCO Capstone > About PASCO Capstone.

     

4. Click Enter Key.

5. Enter the license key. The status shows a green check-mark if the license key is valid.

   Note

   It's easy to confuse a lowercase letter "L" with the number one (1), or an uppercase letter "o" with the number zero (0). Double-check these characters if the license key status is invalid.

   

6. Click OK.
